About
Why Fusion Tactics Exists.
“Our mission is to pursue excellence in every project we support and every relationship we build. We use our experience and influence not for personal recognition, but to empower teams, fulfill our commitments, communicate with integrity, and help organizations make sound decisions.”
Owner
Over a decade delivering utility capital programs, building experience from GIS, systems analysis, environmental and agency coordination, project controls, and ultimately leading transmission and substation portfolios worth hundreds of millions of dollars. That experience showed that failures rarely come from technical gaps. They happen at the boundaries between disciplines: a design decision that never reaches permitting, a schedule change that never reaches construction, a budget impact discovered only after commitments are made. By the time leadership reviews the program, the information they need is often fragmented across teams.
Before the utility industry, I served as a Military Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army, leading teams where decisions depended on incomplete information, early risk identification, and absolute accountability. That experience shaped the principles behind Fusion Tactics: integrity, disciplined execution, clear communication, and ownership of the mission — not just individual tasks.
Fusion Tactics was founded on a simple belief: complex projects don't fail from a lack of talent — they fail when information doesn't move effectively between teams. We connect engineering, environmental, land, construction, project controls, operations, and executive leadership into a single, informed decision-making process — integrating into each client's existing governance and delivery model rather than imposing a proprietary one, and strengthening what already works.
The Fusion Standard.
Lead With Integrity
We communicate honestly, act ethically, and do what is right even when the easier path is available. We do not hide issues or avoid difficult conversations.
Own the Commitment
We accept responsibility for the work entrusted to us and stay engaged until issues are resolved. We do not pass problems between functions or leave ambiguity about ownership.
Serve Before Self
We put the needs of the client, the project, and the people affected by the work ahead of ego or personal recognition. Our role is to strengthen your organization, not create dependence on us.
Respect Every Perspective
Complex projects depend on people with different responsibilities and priorities. We listen carefully and help every function understand how their decisions affect the whole project.
Speak With Courage
We raise risks early and communicate difficult information clearly, even when the message is uncomfortable. Trust requires honesty when the stakes are high, not just agreement.
Leave People & Projects Stronger
We use our experience to empower others and strengthen your organization’s ability to succeed after our engagement ends. That is the measure of a job done well.
